Now Accepting Team Declarations for the 2024 Sixes Season!

Team Declaration Forms for the Sixes season have been sent to Minor Club Presidents and Vice Presidents via email today. The deadline to submit your team declarations is September 6, 2024.

There is no fee to declare teams for the Sixes sector. However, provincial rosters must be finalized in GameSheet Inc by September 15, 2024. Teams that do not submit their rosters by this date will be automatically withdrawn from Sixes participation.

For the OLA Provincial Championships, a team entry fee of $300 per team is required, with payment due by September 30, 2024.

Completing this form ensures your teams are registered and eligible to compete in the upcoming season. We look forward to your club’s participation!
